Name title

I order a purse and this is my 2nd time ordering from them since last year . I paid extra £10 for the name on purse yeah but the thing is I don’t know the name was written by silver pen or what it got fade on 2nd day of arrival. And now there is nothing in the naming area. It’s all gone . Why would you use such and low quality encryption. I’m really disappointed.
